Weird Tales, Fantasy Magazine, Farrago’s Wainscot, and Behind the Wainscot.  It is forthcoming in an anthology of Victorian-themed anthology by Prime Books, Electric Velocipede,  Beneath Ceasless Skies, Crawlspace: The Best of Farrago’s Wainscot, and  several other places.
